1.1 All bonuses can only be received once per person, per household/IP, unless stated otherwise.

1.2 Every user must make a deposit of at least €20 or an equivalent amount in their selected currency in order to get the welcome bonus or any deposit bonuses. This is how it works: upon depositing an initial €20 or an equivalent amount in their selected currency and after applying the corresponding bonus code, a player gets their first bonus. Once the player makes a second deposit of at least €20 or an equivalent minimum amount in their selected currency, the second deposit bonus is made available. The third deposit bonus is made available in the same way.

1.3 No bonuses are available for any of the crypto currencies.

1.4 Users can switch between currencies, but for that you need to activate the first part of the welcome package. For example, a player makes a deposit of €20 therefore activating the first part of the welcome package; after that they can claim the second part by depositing in other currencies.

1.5 Deposit bonuses must be wagered 40X times. Unless stated otherwise, no-deposit and free spin bonuses must be wagered 50X times before the funds can be withdrawn. A minimum deposit of €20 is required to cash out following a no-deposit or a free spin bonus.

1.6 You can request a withdrawal even before fulfilling the wagering requirements. However, you will lose the bonus and any winnings as a result of such action.

1.7 All deposit and free cash bonuses expire after 30 days.

1.8 If a player is suspected of abusing a free spin promotion, or if a player hasn’t wagered the sum of deposit made to receive these free spins at least 3 (three) times (excluding bets made on table games), CasinoChan management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel all free spin bonuses and any winnings acquired from them.
The casino may refuse to give bonuses to a player by its own decision without notification and without providing the reasons.

1.9 If for any reason selected deposit bonus did not activate, the player must seek assistance for the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player spent some or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

1.10 Bonuses can't be used in the EGT slot and jackpot.

1.11 Remember that the type of game you play contributes a different percentage to bonus wagering requirement: • Table games– Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo – 5% (except for the live dealer games) • Video poker – 5% • Roulette, Poker – 5% (except for the live dealer games) • Slots – 100% (except certain games mentioned below) • Crash games - 5%

1.12 Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create “action” with minimal risk) do not qualify for completing the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette, and betting on player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. Players who are found to be adopting these practices risk having their bonus and winnings confiscated.

1.13 In case a bonus expires, bonus funds and winnings will be lost.

1.14 The player's money is wagered first when the bonus is linked to the deposit (e.g., match bonus), followed by bonus money. However, in the case where the player has real and bonus money from a separately activated bonus (i.e., not connected to the real funds on the balance), bonus money is wagered first.

1.15 All players must meet the wagering requirements for every active bonus. Until that happens, the maximum bet that can be placed is 8 CAD, 8 AUD, 5 EUR including double up wagers after the game round is completed. Wagering winnings from X game round on red/black, for instance.

1.16 While you have active bonus, maximum bet for all game types (slots, live games, table games, scratch, action games) is 5 EUR, 8 CAD, 8 AUD. (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to ’respin’) will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, CasinoChan reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

1.17The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a nodeposit bonus is 50 EUR, 75 AUD, 75 CAD.

1.18 The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, any deposit bonus except welcome bonus, personal VIP bonus or the weekly bonus will be 10,000 EUR, 10,000 AUD/CAD.
Please note that any amount in excess will be forfeited prior to requesting a withdrawal.

1.19 Sign-up free spins will be credited within 24 hours from the moment of registration.

1.20 Even before you agree to any wagering conditions, you can cancel any active bonus. CasinoChan support staff is happy to answer any questions or address any concerns regarding this matter. Please keep in mind that you can also use the cancel button in ‘My Bonuses’.

1.21 If the player cancels a bonus, all the funds earned during the wagering of the bonus will be deducted from their balance.

1.22 You can claim only one bonus at a time. Remember that you can’t "stack" deposit bonuses. Any bonuses and/or winnings obtained through fraudulent actions will be annulled by casinochan.com.

1.23 Only one bonus can be claimed per household / IP address / computer. You can lose your bonuses/winnings if you fail to comply with this rule.

1.24 In case a bonus does not get wagered the required number of times, or gets lost or cancelled, any "free spin" or "bonus" winnings resulting from bonus funds will be removed.

1.25 It's forbidden to postpone any game rounds in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirements. It's also prohibited to make new deposits with free spin or bonus features still available in a game. Players doing so agree to have their bonus(es) and associated winnings removed.

1.26 The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

1.27 Casinochan.com reserves the right to make any changes/amendments to these rules at any time. If you met the minimum deposit requirement but no bonus appeared in your account, please refrain from placing any bets and contact our Support Service Team for the bonus to be added manually.

1.39 Players from Finland, Ireland aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.

1.28 Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching amount of 0.05 USD, 0.05 EUR, 0.05 AUD, 0.05 CAD, 0.000001 BTC, 0.00001 BCH, 0.00001 ETH, 0.0005 LTC, 10 DOG, 0.05 USDT or less.*
*This term only applies balance tied to bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus or only bonus in case of no deposit bonus, and doesn't apply funds on player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.

1.29 Max bet limit (5 EUR) includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed, bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

1.30 Any bonus can be cancelled before you start playing it through. Otherwise, by cancelling the bonus the player accepts that all the winnings gained while playing with this bonus, if any, and the bonus amount are deducted from the player's balance.
